Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Kilo.

Products come packed in reusable tubs which must be returned to Kilo for reuse. 

Our store is located in London, but we are happy to ship our goods anywhere in the UK.  We would encourage our international customers to try and purchase their products locally. 

The minimum order value is £100 for all shipped orders. 

We offer free shipping within the UK on all orders. For orders being shipped within London we offer a courier service which is £15 or free on orders over £200. 

Orders must be placed by 12pm on Monday for shipping/courier collection on Friday. This is to ensure we can order in any products needed to fulfil larger orders. Please get in touch if this does not suit your business.
