Thanks for choosing us to help your workplace reduce their waste, while enjoying our tasty products!! Please find some information about how it all works below. All products are 20% off standard Kilo prices. Subscribe & save is available for all products for a further 5% discount!

Order Process

All of our products will be packed in reusable tubs to cut down on packaging and keep your products fresh! These tubs must be returned to Kilo for reuse (otherwise it defeats the purpose!). If tubs (and crates in London) are not returned within 30 days you will be invoiced for the cost of them. We sell in 3 tub sizes; Small (2 litre), Medium (3 litre) & Big (4 litre). See the description for the approximate weight of product in each tub.

If you are located in London:

Place orders by Wednesday.
Courier delivery on Friday.
Minimum order value is £100.
Free delivery on orders over £200. Delivery is £15 under £200.
Products delivered in returnable crate which you can use to store your empty tubs and send back with the courier at your next delivery.

If you are located outside of London:

Place orders by Wednesday.
Shipped via DPD on Friday.
Minimum order value is £100.
Free delivery.
Products delivered in cardboard box which can be used to send back empty tubs. Please get in touch at hello@wearekilo.com to request return label when you'd like your empties collected.

We are trying to work out what products will be most popular here, so any feedback and requests are greatly appreciated!

Staff Discount

As a little thank you for supporting us, upon your first order we will supply you with a unique discount code just for your business! Your staff can use this code to shop on website wearekilo.com, and anything they order will be sent with your order to reduce the footprint of their delivery even further. This allows them to shop our full range of sustainable, ethically sourced products for a great price! This code can be used as many times as your staff would like, as long as you are using us to provide your workplace snacks!
